Instructions

Step 1
Heat the milk in a small saucepan.
Step 2
Add in chia seeds, flaxseed, mashed banana and cinnamon, and allow to simmer until it thickens.
Step 3
Put a few strawberries in a blender and blend.
Step 4
Add the strawberry purée in a jar, then add the warm chia seed pudding on top.
Step 5
Add any toppings of your choice, I like vanilla yogurt, strawberries and chopped walnuts.
