THIS buttermilk banana bread is going to make you throw away all the other ones you have made before! The buttermilk makes the banana bread so light and fluffy. It's not heavy and dense like traditional banana bread.

Instructions

Step 1
In a stand mixer or bowl with a hand mixer add your butter and sugar and mix very well.

Preheat your oven to 350' Add eggs to mixture and mix until incorporated Next, slowly mix in the buttermilk. Make sure to scrap the bottom of bowl. Slowly add in your mashed bananas and mix until incorporated

Next, add your flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Slowly mix together until you see no flour. Be careful not to over mix!

If you wanted to add nuts/chocolate chips now is the time to do that.

Grab your 13x9 baking pan or small loaf pans line with parchment paper and pan spray it. Pour batter 1/2 way in the vessel you choose.

Bake in oven until golden brown, approxmently 30 minutes give or take- all depends on your oven
