Step 1
Chop up all the green veg (I cabbage, 1 broccoli, bag of sprouts, 1 bag of spinach, 3 leeks, 1 bag of cavalo nero, 1 bag of mustard leaves, 1 bag of fenugreek leaves) and boil on low heat for 3 hours - keep topping with water as and when needed
Step 2
Once all completely boiled, drain and blend. Mix some cornflour into the green mixture
Step 3
Once all mixed, in a separate frying pan fry off ginger, garlic, green chilli and onions, once cooked add some salt and tomato and then mix into the greens recipe.
Step 4
Make little patties and cook off in the frying pan topping with desi ghee.
