This recipe was submitted to Cook the Commonwealth by Priyanka. She says: "Hello all, I am a Dietitian, wife, mother of a teenager. I love to cook and explore different types of recipes. Delicious yet healthy Veg Korma is one of my favourite recipes because it is low in salt, fat and sugar. Furthermore this staple Indian recipe is easier to cook, while being easily digestible. Additionally this traditional Indian dish provides the required daily nutritional value."
