Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 200°
2. Chop eggplant into slices and sprinkle with salt, leave for 30 minutes and pat dry
3. Combine chickpeas and eggplant in an oven save dish snd drizzle with olive, spices and worcestershire sauce and mix well
4. Place in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping half way
5. Place eggplant and chickpea mixture on a pita bread and assemble with 2 tbsp tzatziki per wrap, lettuce, cucumber onion to serve
