Instructions

Step 1
Pile everything into the stand mixer and mix for 8-10 mins
Step 2
Roll dough into a ball and place into an oiled bowl
Step 3
Cover with a cloth and let rise for an hour, or until doubled in size
Step 4
Take dough from bowl and cut into 8 equal pieces (approximately 80g each)
Step 5
Roll each piece into a ball and place balls on a baking tray, leaving enough space between them to expand
Step 6
Let rise in a warm place for 45 mins
Step 7
At this point you can dust with flour if you want to, I guess
Step 8
Bake in oven at 200°C (fan-assisted) for 13 mins
