Instructions
Step 1
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
Step 2
Add garlic and onion and saute over medium heat until soft, about 4 minutes.
Step 3
Add tomatoes, lemon juice and pulp, and hot pepper sauce and continue to saute until cooked down slightly, about 1 1/2 minutes.
Step 4
Stir in scallops, basil, and oregano and saute until cooked through, about 4 minutes.
Step 5
Serve hot over pasta or rice, sprinkled with feta.
