Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°. Place cinnamon rolls in the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan. Poor one cup of heavy whipping cream over the rolls. Melt one stick of butter then add cinnamon and sugar to it. It will make a brown gross looking paste. Pour over the cinnamon rolls. Cover and bake at 350° oven. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes. Take the frosting and pour over hot rolls. Can add pizzazz to frosting by adding milk, cream cheese and powdered sugar to pre made frosting. Will make it go further.
