Reel from . You’ve gotta try this yummy Bean Salad from the Plant-Based on a Budget cookbook. Let me know in the comments if you want me to dm you the printable recipe. I also included the link in my profile. INGREDIENTS ▢ 15 oz of pinto beans, drained and rinsed ▢ 15 oz of black beans, drained and rinsed ▢ 15 oz of chickpeas, drained and rinsed ▢ 15 oz of unsalted corn, drained and rinsed ▢ 1 large avocado, diced ▢ ½ C of diced red onion ▢ ½ C of diced tomato ▢ ¼ C of chopped cilantro ▢ 3-4 Tbsp of lemon or lime juice (about 1 small lemon or lime) ▢ Salt, to taste INSTRUCTIONS In a large bowl, mix together all the ingredients. The salad can be served chilled or at room temperature.
