Step 1

Depending on wether you are blending your baked oats or mixing them ( I prefer unblended) add your oats, egg, honey, peanut butter, baking powder, milk of choice, vanilla extract, white chocolate chips (optional) to a bowl or your blender.
Step 2

Next whisk or blend your ingredients together


Step 3

Now add your mixture into your baking dish and put into the oven for 20-25 mins at 180*C

Step 4

Once the 20-25 mins is up enjoy your delicious baked oats!
