Easy Potato Nachos

These are the easiest healthier Potato Nachos made on the grill! I love Nachos so I decided to try this out with thinly cut Potatoes to make it more nutritious and higher in fiber. If you don't have a grill, just bake them in the oven! You could also add cheese and other toppings if you want.

Instructions

Step 1
Cut your potatoes in thin slices. Spray potatoes with a tiny bit of oil, then grill on both sides until soft inside and crispy outside.
Step 2
Serve on a plate with the other ingredients.
