Chicken Bones Liqueur & Egg Nog

This recipe uses Chicken Bones Liqueur created by the Moonshine Creek brewery in New Brunswick, Canada. Chicken Bones are a type of hard candy made by the Ganong chocolate factory in St. Stephen, NB. Their chocolate-stuffed cinnamon candy flavor is associated with Christmas in the Maritimes and pairs nicely with the equally Christmassy egg nog. The recipe comes from the brewery's "Moonshine Creek Times" winter/spring 2021 edition. The alternative options are for using store-bought egg nog or making your own Chicken Bones Liqueur if you're unable to get any.
