Step 1
In a large pot add about 3 TBS olive oil and brown Italian sausage

While the sausage is browning add 1 chopped onion and cook down for a few minutes

Add minced garlic and bacon crumbles and stir

Add chicken broth, water, and turn to high heat and bring to a boil
Step 5
Once boiling add your cauliflower florets, turn the heat off and wait 5 min before adding chopped kale (make sure to remove the woody stem from the kale before chopping) kale cooks instantly
Step 6
Stir in heavy cream and add red pepper flakes to your liking
