Instructions
Step 1
Strain the mozzarella and slice it in small cubes.





Step 2
Slice the bread.



Step 3
Pour some olive oil on the bread.

Step 4
Rub a clove of garlic all over the bread. Add some salt and pepper.



Step 5
Put the bread on a piece of parchment paper and on then on a baking tray.



Step 6
Bake the bread for a few minutes, until the slices become crunchy and a little dark.

Step 7
Take the bread and ease down the mozzarella and the gorgonzola and put it back in the oven for another couple of minutes, just enough to make the mozzarella melt.



Step 8
Take the bruschette out of the oven, add the coppa and some marinated mushrooms.
