brown ground turkey and add taco seasoning, tajin seasoning, and black beans to pan. simmer until all liquid is cooked out. In a blender, add 1 cup of reduced-fat cottage cheese, 1 can of tomato paste, half a can of diced tomatoes, and tajin seasoning. Blend until smooth. Put ground turkey mixture in a large mixing bowl. Add sauce to bowl and stir. Then serve. Can be added to burritos or served as a taco dip. Makes 16 individual 4oz servings.
