Easy Pork Loin

Super easy and MOIST pork loin with pork gravy! Just rub with spices and put in the oven for about an hour. Bake at 350°F for about 25 mins per lb (aim for an internal temp of 145 degrees F for best quality, so check it throughout the cook time)!

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Rub pork loin with olive oil and spices
Step 3
Put pork loin(s) on a rack, or a deep pan w/ some foil and spray with cooking oil. Bake at 350°F for about 25 mins per lb (mine was about 2 lbs, so I cooked it for about 50 mins).
Step 4
Be sure to check the internal temp halfway through, and aim for 145 DEGREES for deliciously moist pork! Pork loin should be cooked to an internal temp between 145°F - 160°F. Do not overcook or it will be dry.
