These chicken wings are great for serving at parties or to your family as a meal for anytime of day. They’re flavorful enough to be eaten alone or can be dipped in your favorite sauce.

Step 1
Preheat oven to 250

Spray wire rack with cooking spray and place over baking sheet
Step 3
Make sure to dry wings with paper towel then place them in a large bowl
Step 4
Toss wings with baking powder and salt
Step 5
Place wings on wire rack and bake for 30 minutes
Step 6
Turn up oven to 425, continuing to bake wings for another 30 minutes
Step 7
Flip wings and bake for another 30 minutes until wings are brown and crispy
Step 8
In a large bowl mix together oregano, garlic powder, paprika and cumin
Step 9
Remove wings from oven and place in trouble with the mixture of spices
Step 10
If desired, you can add more salt at this time as well
Step 11
Add freshly minced garlic and melted butter, then toss ingredients until wings are evenly coated
Step 12
Sprinkle parsley onto chicken wings and serve
