Ground Round Black Angus

1.5 ozfat-free chicken broth

1 x 15.25 ozcan corn

15 ozcan dark red kidney beans

1can black beans

15.5 ozcan light red kidney beans

2 x 14.5 ozcans stewed tomatoes

28 ozcan peeled tomatoes
crushed
1 x 14.5 ozcan peeled tomatoes diced

2 packagestaco seasoning
Instructions
Step 1
1. Cook hamburger meat draining oil off. You can use more than 1 lb if you like, but at least 1 lb.
Step 2
Mix all ingredients. Drain off juice through colander for corn, kidney beans, black beans, light red beans. Don't put juice in the soup.
Step 3
Bring soup to a boil, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
After coming to a boil, turn down heat medium to low so that soup is barely boiling
Step 5
Stir every 10 to 15 minutes
Step 6
Cooking time 35 to 40 minutes
Step 7
Let the soup cool down before refrigerating
