1 lbsalmon filets

¼ cuplow sodium soy sauce

¼ cupwater

¼ cupsugar

1 Tbspminced garlic

1 tspground ginger

2 Tbsponion
grated

1 Tbspolive oil
Honey Wasabi Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Combine salmon marinade ingredients (soy sauce, water, sugar, garlic, ginger, grated onion).
Step 2
Add salmon filets. Cover and set aside for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Heat a large pan over medium heat.
Step 4
Once hot, add olive oil and salmon filets. Pour the remaining marinade over the salmon.
Step 5
Cook for several minutes on each side or until salmon reaches the internal temperature of 145F.
Step 6
In a small bowl, combine honey wasabi ingredients. Whisk together.
Step 7
Top salmon filets with honey wasabi. Enjoy!
