Another simple yet delicious salmon dish. This dish can be made fairly quickly, but I suggest letting the salmon marinate in the fridge for no more than 1 hr. Ideally 15-30 minutes should be good. Great for meal prep and very light

Step 1
1. Combine miso paste, mirin, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil

2. Pat dry salmon fillets and season with salt and pepper

3. Coat salmon with marinade from step 1

4. Refrigerate salmon for approximately 15-30 minutes

5. In a hot pan, add vegetable oil

6. Once it smokes, lower hear and add salmon in

7. Cook for 3 minutes each side or until cooked through

8. Plate and garnish with sesame seeds and green onion
