Instructions
Step 1
cook fillets in hot pan with oil. de glaze with sake, and flake salmon. add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp dashi powder.
Step 2
while fish is cooking, slice cucumber diagonally. Rub the salt and dashi powder into the sliced cucumbers. place in the fridge.
Step 3
mix sushi rice sauce together in side bowl, and then add to cooked rice. mix rice gently.
Step 4
mix fish and pickles into sushi rice in large bowl.
Step 5
full bento uses shishito vegetables as a side.
