Instructions
Step 1
Roughly crush the cookies.

Whisk coconut double cream, icing sugar and vanillin for a few minutes, until firm peaks formed

Slice the banana

To assemble the dessert prepare glasses or ramekins.
Step 5
Start with 3tsp of cookies, then add 1tsp of vegan salted caramel choc pot, spread evenly, then 3-4 slices of banana and whipped coconut cream. Then repeat, cookies, salted caramel choc pot, banana and cream. Sprinkle with the remaining cookie crumbs and chill for 1 hour minimum.
