Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F and use coconut oil to grease a baking pan. (Size options: 8” x 8” or 6” x 8”)

Whisk together dry ingredients (almond flour through cinnamon).
Step 3
Break unsweetened baking chocolate into chunks. Add coconut oil and unsweetened baking chocolate to double boiler. Once there are no lumps left in the chocolate/coconut oil mixture, stir in the maple syrup.
Step 4
Pour the contents of the double boiler into the dry mix and whisk. Add eggs, vanilla, and almond milk and continue whisking until smooth.
Step 5
Pour batter into greased baking pan and bake:
6” x 8”: 20 minutes
8” x 8”: 14 minutes
