Ingredients
4 servings
1 headcauliflower
chopped and cooked to desired tenderness
1 bunchcurly leaf parsley
1 tablespoonsugar free maple flavored syrup
½ tablespoonapple cider vinegar
2 tablespoonstamari
1 teaspoonyellow mustard
¼ cupavocado oil
¼ cuponion
finely chopped
¼ cupsundried tomatoes
coarsely chopped
3 tablespoonsreal bacon pieces
Instructions
Step 1
Drain and chill cooked cauliflower. If using dehydrated tomatoes, soak in water to reconstitute.
Step 2
Mix all liquid ingredients until combined.
Step 3
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Step 4
Serve chilled.
