Ingredients

For the pork
2.5 lbpork shoulder
Mustard
as needed
1 TbspMontreal Steak Seasoning
2 tspgarlic powder
½ tspred pepper flakes
1 tspcayenne pepper
2 Tbspjerk seasoning

¼ cupapple cider vinegar
1 Tbspolive oil
1whole Onion
sliced
3garlic
minced
BBQ sauce
as needed
1 Tbspjerk paste seasoning
1 Tbspbutter
unsalted
For the sliders . Toppings and fillings
2Hawaiian slider puns

10Pepper jack cheese slices
jalapeños
sliced
bacon crumbles
Crispy
2 Tbspunsalted butter
melted
Garnish ( optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 500
Step 2
Pat the pork shoulder dry and add the mustard and rub it all over
Step 3
Add all these seasoning listed below in a bowl and mix . Pat the seasoning mix all over the pork .
Step 4
Add seasoned pork to oven safe dish , and place it the oven at 500 until it begins to get a nice brown color .

Add all the ingredients listed below to a bowl then rub it all over the pork . Wrap it in some foil . ( you can add butter in there too ) finish in the oven at 200 for 6-8 hours or 250 for 4 hours

Once the pork is done allow it to rest before shredding it .

In a medium pan over medium heat add enough oil to cover the bottom pan. Add the onion the garlic . Add the butter , once fragrant add the pull pork and toss for a few

Add the bbq sauce then the jerk paste seasoning and mix .

Cut the sliders buns open carefully then layer the slider like so . Pepper jack, mozzarella cheese Cheese , pork , mozzarella cheese , jalapeño, bacon crumbles , pepper jack cheese . Then place the top buns on top

Pour the melted butter over top then Finish in the oven at 350 until the cheese melts , Garnish and enjoy! You deserve it !
