Slow cooker recipe that I found on www.myTexastoday.com which is now gone :(
Is great in tacos, enchiladas, salad, chili, lasagna (my family is weird ;) )

Step 1
Layer all ingredients in a crock pot and cover. Turn on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours.
Step 2
Once done, pull chicken out and shred. Cover with extra scoops of broth from crockpot to keep from drying out.
