2 poundsground chicken

3 tablespoonschili powder

15 ouncecan of chili beans
drained and rinsed

15 ouncecan of white beans
drained and rinsed

28 ouncescan of diced fire roasted tomatoes

1sweet potato
medium, peeled and diced

15 ouncecan of chicken broth

¼ cupinstant tapioca

1chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

2 tablespoonssoy sauce

1 tablespoonkosher salt

1 tablespoononion powder

2 teaspoongranulated garlic

1 teaspoondried oregano

1 teaspoonground cumin

¼ teaspoonground cinnamon

ground cloves

¾ cupLager beer
style

sour cream

monterey jack cheese

green onions

1 jarjalapeno

2 tablespoonschili powder
Instructions
Step 1
Put chicken into the slow cooker. Add 3 tablespoons of the chili powder,and all the rest of the ingredients, (except the beer, sour cream, cheese, green onions, and jalapenos). Stir everything together.

















Step 2
Cook on low six to eight hours.
Step 3
Just before serving, stir in the remaining chili powder and the beer. Serve with a tablespoon of sour cream, cheese, and jalapenos on top.
