Instructions
Step 1
With a mixer mixed together first five ingredients until crumbly, do not overbeat we want the crumbs, not solid dough, something like streusel, should look like small crumbs.
Step 2
Divide mixture into halves. Spread first half and the bottom of the greased pan, do not pack down. Pour 2 cups of rhubarb over it and spread evenly, then pour second half of crumbs on top of rhubarb and spread evenly.
Step 3
Bake in preheated oven 350°F about 20 to 30 minutes, or a little longer, until slightly golden on top.
