Step 1
Remove the packaging from the halloumi then pat the halloumi fry with paper towels .
Cut in half then cut lengthways into fries
Step 2
In a bowl mix cornstarch salt pepper garlic powder cayenne and thyme then dip the dried in and coat then we’ll with the mixture
Step 3
Fry in medium heat oil until golden and crispy both sides . Drain on paper towels and serve with sauce of your choice and enjoy
