Instructions
Step 1
1. Cook the noodles according to packet instructions. Drain and reserve 1/4 cup of the water. Rinse noodles with cold water then set aside.

Step 2
In a bowl, combine all of your sauce ingredients and mix well. Slowly add in the reserved water 1 tbsp at a time to thin out the sauce.
Step 3
Add in the cooked udon and mix well until evenly coated.
Step 4
To serve, garnish with sesame seeds, peanuts and green onion. Pair with veggies and your choice of protein for a complete meal. Enjoy!
