Step 1
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turmeric; cook one minute, stirring constantly. Add bell peppers, peas, and garlic; cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

2. Stir in rice; spread in an even layer. Cook, without stirring, 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium. Stir in stock, salt, and pepper. Spread mixture in an even layer again. Cook, without stirring, 7 minutes.
Step 3
3. Arrange shrimp on top of the mixture; cover and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are done. Drizzle with lemon juice, and serve immediately.
