Step 1
Add curry powder, chicken bits, turmeric, soy sauce and some coconut milk into a bowl to marinade - leave for a few hours

Step 2
For the sauce, add chunky peanut butter, curry powder, soy sauce, honey and lemon juice to the pan, melt a little, then add the coconut milk.
Step 3
Add extra of any of the above ingredients to taste, it’s not an exact science!
