Instructions

Step 1
Cut the chicken breasts into cubes approximately 25mm and place them into a bowl.
Step 2
Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Add in Half a teaspoon of garlic and ginger paste and the MSG and mix.
Step 3
Add in 50g of fresh orange juice and 4 tablespoons of cornflour and mix thoroughly, and leave to marinate for about 10 minutes.
Step 4
Gently heat a large pan and add in 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce,1 tbsp Mirin,1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar,1 tsp Garlic Paste,1 tsp Ginger Paste,1 Red Chilli Finely Chopped,1 Green Chilli Finely Chopped, the juice of a large Orange freshly squeezed and the zest of the Orange and stir for one minute.
Step 5
Add in the brown sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Step 6
Add in the cornflour mixed with water and stir until it thickens.
Step 7
Add in 100ml water and stir as it thickens add in the honey stir and then turn off the heat, keep stirring while the residual heat thickens the sauce.
Step 8
In the bowl where the chicken is marinating gradually add 4 tablespoons of cornflour and thoroughly coat the chicken cubes.
Step 9
Oil the air fryer rack or bowl and add in the chicken cubes and spray with oil.
Step 10
Cook at 200 degrees for around 15mins, and keep turning and oiling to ensure even browning and cooking.
Step 11
Once the chicken has cooked, reheat the sauce, you may need to add more water if you would like more sauce. Now add in the chicken and coat in the sauce.
Step 12
Serve with rice and garnish with sesame seeds and spring onions, lick you’re lips and enjoy
