Roast Cod with Harissa, Chickpeas and Cauliflower

I used 2tsp ground cumin, 2 tsp ground coriander, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika and 2 cloves of garlic instead of the harrisa paste because my wife doesn't do heat.
I only used about 3/4 of the water because it looked like it would be too wet.
I cooked everything for 15 not 10 minutes before putting the fish on.
I served a jacket potato on the side because the recipe didn't look like it would serve 3 let alone 4.
It was delicious though.
