Instructions
Step 1
add a generous amount of olive oil and all the seasonings into the chicken breast packaging and massage it in well with your hands (nitrile gloves recommended)
Step 2
let the chicken marinate for more than 10 minutes
Step 3
add olive oil into the pan and turn the heat up to medium
Step 4
wait until oil is hot and add the breast smooth side down
Step 5
flip after 4-5 minutes depending on the thickness of the breast, then cook for another 4-5 minutes
Step 6
add the tenderstem into a pot with about 250ml of water and let it steam for 4-5 minutes until the chicken is done
Step 7
serve on a plate with mayo (optional) and enjoy!
