Grind the biscuits, put the melted butter on top of it, mix it well, then spread it evenly on the bottom of the tray And put it in the oven for 10 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius.

Put the cold whipping cream in a plate and beat it well for 3 minutes with an egg beater until it becomes soft, then gradually add the powdered sugar.

Add cream cheese with lotus ( biscoff ) to the whipped cream and sugar mixture, then mix them all well

Add the cheesecake mixture to the biscuit after it is out from the oven, then distribute it evenly over the biscuit and place the tray in the refrigerator for two hours

When the mixture freezes a little, we decorate it with melted lotus ( biscoff ) with crushed biscuits on top and put it back to the fridge for 2 hours more .
