Kurdish flatbread
Making flatbread is so easy all you need is 5 ingredients, rest time is 20 minutes and a nonstick skillet on medium to high heat and you’ll make some delicious flatbread at home, and of course you can use whole wheat flour or gluten free flour.

Instructions
Step 1
1- In a mixing bowl add the flour, baking powder, salt, olive oil and warm water and mix for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
2- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it rest for about 20 minutes
Step 3
3- Form the dough into about 12 small balls then roll them out into about a 9in circle
Step 4
4- Put your skillet on medium to high heat and let it get hot then add the flatbread and cook it. It should take about 1 to 2 minutes per side you’ll see it puff up Flip it to the other side and cook for anothe 1 to 2 minutes and enjoy!!!
