Instructions
Step 1
In a 9×13 baking pan, combine the parsley, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Add squash and toss to coat.
Step 2
Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees F for 50-55 minutes. Do not stir!
Step 3
Let it cool 5 to 10 minutes and use a spatula to stir, scraping the bottom.
