Instructions

Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together the sour cream, milk, and eggs.

3. Whisk in the butter & honey.
Step 4
4. Add the corn muffin mix and corn and stir in with a wooden spoon. Transfer batter to prepared pan.

5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
