makes A LOT! Can substitute 2 Tbsp liquid amino acids if you don't have miso (or soy sauce). makes 6-8 full meal salads, or 10-12 side salads. Inspired by bakedbymelissa.com. Top servings with feta, if you like. I scoop mine like a dip with blue corn chips!
