Instructions

1. Preheat an oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 °C)

2. Cut the hard piece off The Whole Garlic 🧄

3. Take a thumb and break into individual garlic cloves. (Or buy a bag of gloves that will be ready to roast)

4. Rub the cloves with olive oil

5. Sprinkle with salt and mix well

6. Place on a sheet pan in the oven. Roast for about 30 minutes or until soft.
