Instructions

Step 1
Sauté the onion in the butter in a large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add the green chiles and sauté for 1 minute.

Stir in the chicken and cream cheese. Cook until the cream cheese melts, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Arrange the tortillas on a work surlace and spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of the chicken mixture down the center of each tortilla.
Step 5
Roll the tortillas to enclose the filling and arrange seam side down in a lightly greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Step 6
Sprinkle with the Monterey Jack cheese and drizzle with the cream.
Step 7
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until bubbly and light brown.
Step 8
Serve with the salsa.
