Hey everyone! This is such a quick easy recipe for the holidays and can be the perfect gifts too. Last year I made multiple batches and found these cute bags on amazon. My boyfriend will literally eat a pound of these in a day. Once you start eating them you can’t stop.

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 250 degrees line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Step 2
Mix cinnamon, sugar and salt in a bowl
Step 3
Whisk egg white and water together in a separate bowl until frothy
Step 4
Toss pecans in the egg white mixture and then I like to put pecans in gallon baggie and pour cinnamon sugar over them and shake shake
Step 5
Spread the cinnamon sugar coated pecans on baking sheet
Step 6
Put in oven and set timer for 15 minutes check them every 15 by moving them around and do this 4 times total cooking time 1 hour.
Step 7
Let cool and enjoy!
