Step 1
Heat oven to 425 F
OvenPreheat

Chop Artichoke Hearts
Step 3
Drizzle half the olive oil on the pan and place your chicken breasts on the pan.
Step 4
Cover each piece of chicken with the Roasted Red Pepper spread, top with the olive tapenade, and put chopped artichoke hearts on top of that

Sprinkle the pieces with Feta and pop in the oven for 18-24 mins depending on your oven

Tip: Serve with a big salad and use any left over chicken in a pasta salad!
