Instructions

Step 1
Combine corn, cream cheese, milk, salt, pepper in crock pot. Cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours

Step 2
Place dry beans in 2 to 3 inches of water on counter for a least 24 hours then drain and rinse the beans

Step 3
Place beans in pot with at least 3 inches of water and place on medium high heat and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer. Check beans after 40 minutes, if firm, at 4 tsp salt and stir. Cook an additional 20-50 minutes until beans are creamy but firm and then drain excess water

Step 4
Brown hamburger and strain it and set it aside
Step 5
In the same pan as the hamburger was prepared in brown onion until clear then add Rotel and diced tomatoes and add chili powder to taste

Step 6
Add onion, Rotel, and diced tomatoes to corn in crockpot and stir
Step 7
Add cooked hamburger to crockpot and stir
Step 8
Add beans to crockpot and stir, once heated throughout add additional chili powder if desired and serve
