Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together the 3/4 cup flour with the water and a pinch of salt to make your batter. You want it pretty thick. Add more water or flour as necessary to get the same consistency as seen in the video
Step 2
Coat the olives in the 1/4 cup plain flour, then into the batter and then into the panko crumbs
Step 3
In a small saucepan bring the olive oil to high heat. Around 180C
Step 4
Carefully add the olives and fry for a few minutes until golden brown
Step 5
Serve with mayo or aioli and enjoy! ❤️
