Instructions

Step 1
Season steak with salt, pepper, 1 tsp worcestershire and garlic powder. Bring meat to warm temperatureIn cast iron skillet, heat over medium high heat 2 tbs bacon fat. Add the peppers, onions and mushrooms to saute for 10-15 minutes. Remove from pan and add seasoned meat. Sear meat over high heat to cook, about 5 minutes. Add back the veggies and combine. Top off with cheeses. Turn off heat and allow to sit covered for 10 minutes for flavors to merry and cheese is melted.
