Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the burger ingredients together and form into a burger, they will be moist, make 4 large or 8 min burgers. (if the mix is really to moist add ¼ cup of gluten free breadcrumbs, this amount is perfectly fine across an entire recipe so do not worry:)
Step 2
Either grill on medium meat on oil grill or in a skillet for about 5-6 minutes each side
Step 3
For the Aioli, add the egg yolks and ½ the lemon juice and ½ ACV in a blender or whisk in a bowl. Slowly add the oil until it fully combines. Add the garlic and the rest of lemon and ACV, slowly blend until ready
Step 4
Makes 4 servings
