Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients, stir to combine. Add coconut oil, maple syrup, and 1 cup water, stir. Core and chop apples ( granny smith or gala) into small pieces, add to bowl and mix. Transfer to glass baking dish, smooth out. Bake for 35 minutes, until slightly bubbling and slightly golden on top
