Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a large bowl, combine whole wheat flour, corn meal, honey, baking powder, baking soda, and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, mix corn kernels, eggs, melted coconut oil, Greek yogurt, and almond milk.
Step 4
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, and gently fold in sausage, diced bell peppers and onions.
Step 5
Scoop the mixture into muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Let the muffins cool before serving.
